Congratulations to our PTA Spotlight Volunteer for February, Jennifer Ellerbe.
Jennifer has been volunteering her time at WES for 3 years. She is currently serving as the Chairperson for the Building and Grounds Committee. The committee continues to focus its efforts on grounds clean-up days. In addition, this year Jennifer and the committee repainted the picnic tables, and they look great! Jennifer is also involved with the Accelerated Reader program, and in the past has volunteered for the Book Fair and the KITs program.
She has two children: Caitlynne in 4th grade and Cayla in Kindergarten. Jennifer is co-room parent in Cayla’s class, and she really enjoys helping with activities such as book-a-bite, story time and learning experiences in both classes. “My children are happy to see me volunteering at the school.”
Thank you, Jennifer! We truly appreciate your all of your hard work for our students and the school. For the month of February, Jennifer will have use of the "PTA Volunteer" parking spot. Please help us honor her by leaving the space available. Thank you!
